Back in Time

Noticed the church buttress mounted sundial for the first time today - time shown is nearer to British Summer time, than current GMT. Interestingly It's set at a jaunty angle to the wall.

Had my last pain clinic of this programme - everyone looked forward to it and we had the odd chuckle, so the leaders & the attendees were all sorry it had ended. The leaders learn from our experience as well as us from them and others so was very satisfying. There will be a refresher presentation type session in about 2 months to keep the momentum and learning progressing. In the meantime we have a Whatsapp group for support etc as we wish.
