The nicest day of the year...

...so far and most of Ayrshire seemed to be out and about. A large number had descended on Culzean. Even at its busiest the paths through the estate never feel crowded. Today masses of snowdrops and even a few early daffodils were on show. Meanwhile at the swan pond, there was feverish excitement as birds fought over scraps of bread thrown by equally excited children. Bright sunshine sparkled on the water through tall bamboo shoots. It was difficult to choose today's blip. But along the cliff top path, there were views of the castle, which are obscured by summer foliage. So, this is the one.
