Misty morning walk

Amazing mist this morning!

I’ve got all my hospital appointments, covid test on the 15th then isolation until the procedure on the 18th, having my coil removed under general anaesthetic.

Also spoke to the physio about my back as the new exercises are causing me pain so I now have different ones to try.

Watched the Samuel Jackson series Enslaved, excellent.

Zebedee’s new leg press arrived, its massive! He’s been furloughed, thank goodness we now have the gym in a separate area!!

My paternal grandmother would’ve have been 111 today! Happy birthday Nain abs Jane aka Leah Jane Nora Wood nee Roberts.
