Lochindorb

The 13th century Comyn stronghold in crisp autumnal sunshine. The castle was occupied by The Wolf of Bedenoch 1372 until his demise in around 1394. In 1458 a royal mandate decreed that the castle, which had been fortified against the King, should be destroyed. Almost 6 centuries of Highland weather later the walls still stand.
