Organised

The highlight of my day- reorganised my kitchen drawers and managed to free up enough space to have a “spice drawer”. I’m a bit OCD and like labels and alphabetical order. I did use the mixed spice to make a fruit cake- the zesty fruit cake from the new Nadiya Hussain book. We haven’t sampled it yet .
