A wee bike ride round the circuit this aft...

Took a flask as it was such a lovely afternoon, and had coffee and biscuits at the viewpoint - see extras! Also had a chat with a couple Roy had seen earlier in the week, in a double recumbent bike - amazing machine. The lady said she had gone deaf and lost her balance, but she still loved getting out and enjoying the open air - the e-trike provided just that opportunity, though her other half was i/c steering ;) 

Still following the election coverage from the USA - will it ever end?? Hope sanity prevails...

Takeaway ordered from the farm this evening - looking forward to my  Moroccan Lamb flatbread!
