A Splash of Red

Lockdown #2 in England is rather different from the first.  The main difference from my perspective is that this time I can provide Mum with much needed support by still being able to visit her under our Support Bubble arrangement.  So today I headed of round a slightly quieter M25 to Kent.  The other big difference is that I could still take a small detour to visit the National Trust's Nymans Garden.

This late in the season meant there were few flowering plants around suitable for BikerBear's Flower Friday challenge, but I did find these.

Afterwards I took a stroll around the woodland and found some lovely, unusual fungi growing on a wood sculture of a frog which made a nice still life (extra).
