I had my first ocean swim of the season today! It was, bracing but refreshing.

I apologise for “spilling my guts” yesterday after my long hoped for results. I didn’t mean to share so much but it just came out - I don’t know  - just relief I guess. Thanks for all the kind comments and bliplove. What a caring community you are xx
