A Meandering Life...

Little Critter

This little critter appeared as I was taking my second shot of the morning. We have what I believe to be a Nerine bowdenii aka Bowden lily growing in our back garden. I was trying to get a macro shot of its detail.

I focused on the anther and when I checked the quality of this image I noticed the critter helping itself to the pollen grains. It wasn't in the first shot nor the next. It must be only about 1mm long!

This shot has only been cropped from the original (see extras) otherwise they are both as taken. I'm quite pleased considering the gentle breeze moving about at the time.
