Resentment

Poor Daftie has scratched both ears raw, despite us having put soft slippers on his feet. So finally we’ve had to resort to the dreaded cone.  I think you can tell from his expression what he thinks of it.

In other news, I’ve finally finished the first draft of the new book, the title of which is taken from a blip I posted while writing - The Night Gate.  Révisions next week.
