I didn't do much today in the end, but it started well with me walking a mile each way to get my flu jab... nine hours later my arm is quite sore :-)

I drove to Ticknall (ok so not essential travel, but zero social interaction) because I wanted to see the lime kiln complex in the daylight. The last Ramblers walk I attended went through the area, but it was in the dark and there's a limit to what can be seen with a head torch. Anyway, the whole village of Ticknall was absolutely rammed with cars and so I turned for home, I'll go back midweek sometime. 

I had a lovely long soak in the bath, before cooking dinner - smoked haddock, parsley sauce, roasted vegetables and too many peas!
