Ashridge Estate and Forest

We escaped from our area and drove out to Ashridge, a National Trust Estate and forest some 20 miles away from us.

It was lovely to walk through the forest and while the colours were not as striking as the beech trees around us, there were lovely.

It was good just to get away from our patch to somewhere different.

We have vowed to do more of it!
