Rippled

Tried to catch this far too quickly, a pan full of water on the bench above the washing machine on a high spin speed. Hence lots of noise due to too little light. Will bear it in mind for future though.

Started the day with a bike ride, needed to lower the seat as it is a bit scary being at the right height. Dumbfounded by the gears for a while as well, I could only change them one way, and that was down! Found the up levers soon enough though and my legs stopped having to spin at an incredible rate.

Reasonably quiet otherwise, some much needed housework and a bit of a laze in front of TV (not something I do often and my view of general broadcast TV was not improved by the experience). Jen did not look well and even declined wine with dinner, a very excessive few days following on from Valentine's day has pretty much knocked us both for six.

Rib-eye for dinner with some rather flat Yorkshire puddings, mash, gravy and veg.
