slightly distant lights

I was poking about with long-exposures around the lighthouse when the announcement was made, though I didn't see the notification until I got home. With Pennsylvania's margin rising it had at least looked reasonably safe since yesterday. It is by no means the best answer to the biggest problem but it's at least the start of the reduction in the severity of one of 2016's worst nightmares.
