Guernsey’s War Memorial

I didn’t go to the wreath laying this morning because I was watching the UK one on television but I gather it was a bit of a shambles with the timing. 
Edit. The timing issue were because some people went down. Whether they fainted or slipped I don’t know. Around 1,000 people there.

This was taken in the afternoon when I went out for some air after I finished reading a biography of Sibyl Hathaway, the Dame of Sark.

I may go to the service at the Fort George Military Cemetery on Wednesday morning.
