Happy Birthday Rupert!

We learned from our best friend Heidi that today is Rupert’s birthday! And you will not believe how old he is. 100 years! Totally amazing! 

Rupert used to belong to my best friend forever Dolly but he lives here with me now. So we sang Happy Birthday and all my other friends were mightily impressed and cheered with us. Wow! I’ve never met anyone who is one hundred years before. 

I wondered why there wasn’t a cake. Mum had some lame excuse that it’s Sunday and she only learned about it this morning. We WILL have a centenary cake another day! Rupert, that’s a promise!
