Took a lovely drive to my go to skagit valley today as it was probable the last nice day for awhile!   Big R and Cowboy came along....keeps Cowboy more settled when he is in the car, because at home he is doing more shaking of his cone which doesn't help the ear to heal.  Stopped for take out sandwiches and drinks and snacks then took in the sights. It was a much neede respite from politics and after so much stress.Mt. Baker was out in all it's glory too.  Such a lovely ride.
