Rose and Henry

Last week sometime I was having a clear out and found these plastic flowers so rather than throw them in the bin I decided to put them in a grave at the cemetery, I chose this one because it looks like nobody visits it, I’ve had to put the flowers back in a couple of times but this morning I found one of those silver things with holes in over the other side so I went back and put it in and hopefully they’ll stay in there better now.

I’m feeling a little better today and managed to go through my outstanding emails and start on some overdue filing, I’m still finding the physio exercises difficult but I’m persevering with what we’ve decided for a week to see if the aching gets better.
