Park trip

Today was an interesting day... We set off for the park and our steering gave up on the car, so it was a trip to the unit to attempt to fix it... It didn't work. We are looking at over £1,000 just for the part, not including labour! This is bitter news as our finances aren't great. We have got a car we can use temporarily whilst the skoda is in the garage which is lucky, but the impeding bill leaves a sour taste.
We managed to get to the park 3 hours later and the kids were happy, but I struggled to smile.
