Wart Hill

I've lived in Shropshire all my know life as it were (we moved here when I was 6) and there is still so much of the county the is unknown to me despite working around a lot of it, walking around it and photographing it.

The hill to be bagged on this day was to the charmingly named Wart Hill near Craven  Arms. The 7 or 8 mile walk mainly in glorious sunshine occasionally interrupted by a sharp shower was stunning. Passing ancient farmland, deciduous woodlands, drovers ways, Autumnal reflected lakes, glorious views and fat and gurgling streams and rivers. I'll be back down here again soon.
