Lunch over at rugby club to pay respects to a fine man who i played rugby with and who was the dj at the club discos where I met my wifebin the early 80s.

Home and more wfh.

Football coaching with 11s. A great positive session with the girls.

I helped an emotional new start who was overwhelmed and did not think she was any good. Worked 1:1 got confidence up and the girls around her encouraged. She blossomed and at the end had a great time. Rewarding.

Quiet night.
