After burn - Kimberley region

All along the route from 'Broome WA to Darwin NT we passed areas where control burning had taken place.  I found the colours  exciting and still intend to paint something similar.   This shot was taken some years ago and it captured the orange and blue colouring along with the blackened trees.   Hmmm cerulean  and french ultramarine blues,  yellow ochre, burnt sienna, indian yellow & vermilion needed methinks.
