Lockdown Arcade

The imaginatively titled "The Arcade" in Newark has non-essential independent shops, so the entrances either end are sensibly locked.

Have been given a really good base to progress embedding my awareness and control of mind and body following my pain course. I'm pleased with my discipline, use of different videos etc and effectiveness (I think), so far - priceless.
