Motivation

I have been trying to lose the weight I gained during the 1st lockdown but I am really struggling I seemed to be back on track when I went back to the physical group but lost it a little bit in the half-term holiday and now we are back into the 2nd lockdown and group has closed again although this time me and M have booked a 6 week countdown and so we have to message our consultant with our weight each week and she will give us a call if she thinks we might need it so when this quote appeared in an e-mail this morning it sparked a little motivation in me lets see what the scales say at the weekend and hopefully I will keep this in mind for the next few lockdown weeks.
