Swiss meringue buttercream

Who knew those words even went together? This is the mixture for the coating of  our granddaughter's 12th birthday cake tomorrow! Of course it has not turned out looking like the picture but I hope that she enjoys it! 

As I type we, in the UK have, what I call, a "good" Friday evening news feed!
