Back to bread...

Vikram has actually been perfecting a no-knead bread since the beginning of Lockdown 1 , experimenting with different flours.  This one, with malted flour was delicious.  It’s actually got more tricky as the oven door has broken and has to be held shut by the marble mortar. So temperature gauging is a bit of a lottery.
