My topsy-turvy life

Frightened Rabbit @ The Sugarmill
A night out with Stacebob at the Sugarmill in Stoke -after searching for a parking space for about half an hour- to see Frightened Rabbit.
I love the Sugarmill, it's tiny and cramped, you feel like you're right on top of the stage, and it has 3 bars...just what a gig venue should be!
Frightened rabbit were great but they seemed to spend an unnecessary amount of time between songs tuning up instead of letting the gig flow a little more. Still I think we both really enjoyed it, despite the assertion that the bassist looked like "Jarvis Cocker's pervy uncle", especially the completely acoustic Poke played without even a microphone.

Latest single, The Woodpile
