Fish Shopping

Pancho has been our preferred supplier of shrimp and fish since soon after we first arrived. I stopped by on the off chance for something a little different than Mahi Mahi or Dorado which always seems to be available. Sierra was the most enticing option, but it had to be filleted before I was willing to take it, so he got right to work.
