Cake

I've learnt some new skills during the various lockdowns of 2020.
I've mainly learnt sourdough baking, particularly bread but today I attempted cake.
K sent me a recipe for orange and cardamom bundt cake. 
So here it is. 
It's delicious by the way.

K baked quiche as we chatted through our call. It was almost as if I was hanging out in her kitchen on one of my visits.
