Time To Move On

I'm puzzled by the continued insistence of some voters that the campaign isn't over.  When Trump won because he remembered the electoral  college and Hillary didn't ... the losers, although they didn't like him, saluted his cleverness, learned the lesson he taught, and then became members of the loyal opposition.   
     What prevents this year's losers from doing the same?
