So it is officially too cold to do water aerobics. Water temp has gone down to 23deg C and the temp outside is a chilly 28deg. Heehee. Might need a sweater soon. So instead we are now indoors doing TRX. Really enjoying it and have discovered muscles I didn't know I had

Bahrain has  1,900 active cases,  42 are receiving treatment,  21 critical  cases.   334 deaths recorded.   82,469 recoveries.  Total tests done is  1,903,910
