Goldeneye

A drake on the Peedie Sea in Kirkwall. The splash is from his mate diving just a bit nearer the camera and, while not meaning to insult her by leaving her out, I liked the splash and the way that that golden eye is framed. Other ducks there- mallards, wigeon, long-tailed ducks, tufted ducks.
