Flags of the world lunch

Apologies for the food blip but my chilli accompaniments made me wonder which country has a flag with white, red and green stripes. Well it seems none, in that order. Oman is close, but has too much red. However the German islands of Heligoland fit the bill.  And, the chilli was very good.
