Pot Luck

When we had a good-sized veg plot, my favourite crop was always squash. They are so colourful and come in so many shapes and sizes. When I did an online shop recently, apart from the ubiquitous butternut, they were offering “various squashes”, so I added one to the basket and waited to see what would turn up. It was this lovely onion squash. Fingers crossed it tastes as good as it looks.
