Trig point terrier.....

Another wee rodeo this morning to get another couple of bulls in out the field at the road end. Managed to get a couple onto the road with a bag of feeding, ran them into the steading then decided only one of them was one of the ones I was after, so back out to the field , managed another one with more barley , then once he was shut in a shed , ran the unwanted one back to the field. Took the other one next door to a shed of cows there .
Left the herds on sorting out hill blackies ready to go to the Tup and nipped away to the vet’s at lunch time to collect pneumonia vaccine. Came home via Straiton and the bypass. Ikea car park was full and they were queuing off the road to get into Straiton retail park. So much for avoiding crowded places !
Spent the afternoon building up gates and a feed heck in a shed ready to house cows at some point.
Took the dogs for a walk before it got dark and went for a look at the top wood to see how the trees were growing. The bulk of them are ok, but still a few that seem stuck at a certain size . This trig point sits at the corner of the wood with a grand view over Edinburgh and Fife. But the terrier was more interested in looking the other way while his lugs did semaphore in the gale force wind !
