Another dreich day forecast...

...so we had a little walk around the village after breakfast, before the real rain set it...
We were going to have another outing on the bikes, but it was so windy again we wouldn't have stayed upright!
This is about as industrial as it gets in our village - the new entrance to Green Farm! The bales can be stored outdoors these days as they are wrapped, and the buildings are then available for calving and lambing. The village was originally based round agriculture, but most of the farm houses have gradually been sold off as separate homes, and the farms have been combined and are now run centrally.

A quick stock up at Tesco this aft, and that was the excitement for the day over ;)
