I was going to go for a walk on a beach but by the time I got out the weather had changed from sunny to showers so I went to grab some shopping. Because it was my first trip out for a while I went to big Sainsbury's at Ashford; I know that you are all sucking your teeth and wondering whether I deserved such a treat but you'll just have to take my word for it.
