GCC and the Scottish Government don't know what to do or don't have the money to do it. In the meantime we lag behind

Bit&Bobs gave me a nice bit of reading and it has helped, but progress is so slow. Apps will ave gone extinct, in the time it will take to get these on a network. In the meantime we use them stand-alone.
