I've Got My Eye On You!

The challenge for Abstract Thursday was "Mono Abstract".  I had some ideas, but as I walked past him on the hike and bike trail, this guy gave me the eye, which gave me the idea that he wanted to be my blip, so here he is!  Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting....
