Colour

The sun came out today on my walk with a friend. Real life meet ups bring colour and sunshine into my life. Can't bear any more screen time! We had a take away coffee and a good chatter.

Saying that, Pilates via zoom was good ; my gorgeous GSD was at my side throughout the class and kept kissing me whenever I was lying on the mat! The joys of home exercise!
