Hardware

A long time ago I used to manage the installation of a great deal of hardware, up and down the UK, every week - there were teams of engineers throwing CAT5 UTP cable around buildings and, usually the following week, more engineers would arrive to install and commission the hardware. Nowadays I'm reduced to having to install it myself. The new router doesn't have many RJ45 ports so I've got this little badger to allow me to get physical rather than relying on wifi connections. Obviously, I conducted a full risk assessment before I started plugging and unplugging stuff and I also drew up mitigation plans and fallback options. Thankfully my project management skills are not too rusty and I managed to deliver on time and within budget.
