Electric Scooters!

This little row of electric scooters has appeared since I last went along this road. They are outside one of the colleges and opposite one of the campuses containing at least a dozen of the university departments- an ideal place for building up a clientele of students who might want a quick trip into town! They all have number plates, but no indication about to get the permission to use one, it will interesting to see whether they become popular - most students have their own bikes, but, of course, they might break down!
