Daily constitutional

Another quiet day, in quite a lot of pain but just took it easy, couple of lovely walks with Max, watched the Nelson Mandela movie starring address Elba, excellent.

Day I found out that someone I was in one of my first band with passed away on Saturday, Garri Crawford, he was a tall South African rhythm guitarist and songwriter and his friend Richard was an even taller South African percussionist, we worked together for 23 years, did lots of gigs and recording, we had lots of people passed through our band over the years, lots of happy memories and fun times, I haven’t seen him for probably 30 years or more but it’s amazing how the memories all come flooding back, RIP Garri xx
