Today I am grateful for a wonderful salad that I bought for lunch - Japanese beef, seared broccoli and soba noodles!

Michael and Luke are in Tamworth today for a specialist appointment for Luke - a follow up on his kidney issues. They went shopping for wine barrel planters for our ornamental fig trees at work. Luckily they fitted on the ute.
