Gratitude Project Day 324.

Today I am grateful for further conversations with my boss that have clarified matters and settled my feelings about the possibility of taking on the teaching directorship at my Centre next year as she steps back to focus more on the management of the 5 centres that make up our organisation - terrifying and exhilarating all at once!
