Thwarted

Thwarted by the weather again. It looked as though it would be fine for late afternoon for a twilight walk, but I thought I’d hedge my bets by having a short outing this morning - just in case. I spotted a few small mushrooms along the way, such as Moss Bells, and this Mycena in the leaf litter. The wind and rain set in as expected, but never cleared.
