Royal visit

Well, family visit actually.

Dropped in on the Big W at work for a brief chat and pick up a leaking insulated mug. It chose to leak all over Dad, so back it will go.

An afternoon chasing lost Dads and bathing Mums. Dad had " just popped on on his daily spring walk", according to an old school mate of mine, who was in their kitchen cleaning. A trained nurse, the care and cleaning job is all she could get. Times are difficult, but M+D have lucked out. The fact she knew all about me, my family and life, is down to Big W and Dad.

All in all it was more excercise than I could cope with and all on a low cal day too.

Very tired and back more than a little sore.
