Rice Bowl

There is a restaurant on L.A. called Sqirl that makes delicious rice bowls. Tonight I attempted to make one in the same style, and it came out quite well. The Sqirl version has a sorrel pesto, but I don’t think I have ever seen sorrel for sale anywhere, so mine uses kale. The ingredients include: brown short-grain rice, poached eggs, kale pesto, hot sauce, preserved lemon, feta, and watermelon radish.
