At the Sawmill

In Norbury Park. Look at www.Norburyparksawmill.org.uk. i met up with an old friend Kath who i have known for almost 40 years but not seen for at least 6. I need to make more effort, I really do. We had a lovely walk and so far I have done 18,589 steps today, more than for a very long time! We caught up and put the world to rights ( a bit). She has offered to help with my various decorating projects which is super kind. I have ordered some knee pads in preparation! Preparation being key!
