Morning Reflections

An early run (in the light) which was both rewarding and enjoyable.

Returned home to be shown to the dining room table full of presents and decorations to celebrate my birthday. The kids were fizzing with excitement.

After a lovely meal we popped out for a very nice dog walk.

Much of the afternoon has been relaxed and lovely.

We are all rather pooped.
